1. Web designers: 

Good Hands on experience in Web Designing, Layouts, Templates and Logos, Maintaining & development using HTML, Dream weaver, Photoshop, Flash 8 (action Script), DIV Table Less Layout), Web 2.0 & CSS.

Expertise in XHTML, Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, CMS, ILLUSTRATOR, COREL, Flash tools required.

2. Programmers:

 Any Graduate, with good communication skills & relevant experience in the Following Areas: - Software Professionals, Web/Graphic, Designers, Database Administrators, PHP Programmer & Dot Net /ASP Developers with 1 to 2 years experience. Sound knowledge of Java script/action script, VB script, XML & Database concepts MS-Access / MS-SQL is essential.

3. Data entry operators:

For Data entry works in major regional Indian languages, online publications, printing & publication works.
